About Us
LONG'S PARK AMPHITHEATER FOUNDATION
For over 60 sixty years, Long’s Park Amphitheater has been connecting Lancaster neighbors
to curated talent from across the globe, inviting neighbors to celebrate diversity through the
arts, enriching the lives of residents, and acting as an economic and tourism driver for the
local economy. The amphitheater is located in Long’s Park, a valued open green space in this
densely populated, diverse, and economically disadvantaged community. Through these activities, Long’s Park Amphitheater poises itself as an anchor in Lancaster City’s tourism and economic landscape, drawing over 88,000 visitors per year between the Summer Music Series and the nationally acclaimed Art Festival.

2024 Line Up is Here!
Long’s Park Amphitheater hosts 13 free-to-the-community globally recognized and culturally diverse live musical productions each summer. This past summer, performances included jazz, Irish, bluegrass, blues, Meso-American folk, afro funk, soul, rock, Cajun, Tex-Mex, American folk, and a tribute to Jimi Hendrix. Long’s Park Amphitheater has also become a cultural touchstone with its annual U.S. Army Band patriotic performance in celebration of Independence Day. The performances are enjoyed by over 75,000 visitors annually.

Rated as one of the top shows in the country.
In addition to the summer series, Long’s Park Amphitheater has hosted an annual three-day Arts Festival since 1976. This year’s festival featured over 200 juried artists and craftsman, with over 11,000 attendees. The festival generates revenue to support the amphitheater’s operations, as well as economic avenues for artisans and craftsman, continued access to arts for Lancaster neighbors, and support for tourism-dependent businesses.
